Rurality, Crime and Society (ISSN: 2652-8673) was established in 2020 by the Centre for Rural Criminology, to communicate the latest research, events, and news in the world of rural criminology. It has grown, along with rural criminology, into a global joint venture supported mutually by the International Society for the Study of Rural Crime, the American Society of Criminology – Division of Rural Criminology, and the European Society of Criminology – European Rural Criminology Working Group, Rurality, Crime and Society is published twice a year, in April and October.
